1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times:

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
2. How much is the shipping cost?

3. Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return period.
The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at: info@bravehearts.email
Customers must cover return shipping costs.
If you do not cover the return shipping, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
5. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us immediately at info@bravehearts.email with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right.
6. Which size should I choose?
We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page.
If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
7. Are your items unisex?
Yes. Most of our pieces are designed to be unisex and suitable for all genders.

8. Where is Brave Hearts based?
Brave Hearts is proudly based in Bremen, Germany.
We ship worldwide from here.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes – you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
